★★★★★ 4.8 Ā· 225 Google reviews Double board-certified Physician-owned

Most primary care offices run on fifteen-minute visits and month-long waits. We built the opposite: a small, physician-owned practice in Glendale with same-week availability, direct text access to your care team, and specialized training in obesity medicine and hormone replacement therapy, because we believe optimized metabolic and hormonal health are the perfect complement to preventing long-term disease. We accept insurance. Membership starts at $300 a year and covers what insurance doesn't.

Membership starts at $300 a year, unlocking the convenience, comfort, and personalized care you won't find anywhere else. Your visits, labs, and procedures bill to your plan exactly as they would anywhere else.

We accept most PPO / commercial insurance plans.

We also welcome cash-pay patients.

We do not accept HMO or Medi-Cal plans.

Why This Exists

Fifteen-minute visits. Three-week waits. A referral to a specialist across town: another copay, another six weeks, another office that doesn't have your history.

Most people accept this as what healthcare is. It's actually just what happens when insurance reimbursement rewards volume over relationships. And it costs you more in time and copays than you probably realize.

A Membership-Based Practice

Insurance for the care. Membership for everything around it.

We accept insurance. Your visits, labs, and procedures bill to your plan exactly as they would anywhere else.

Membership is separate, starting at $300 a year (about $25 a month), and it isn't reimbursed, because what it pays for isn't something insurance reimburses. It pays for the work between visits: calling in an urgent refill when you've left your medication behind on vacation, going to bat with your insurance until your prescription is covered, answering your text in between visits, and coordinating your care so nothing slips through the cracks. It pays for keeping our panel small enough that we can do all of this in a timely manner to prevent disruptions to your busy life.

💫

That's the trade. A flat annual fee, instead of a system that bills for visits and disappears in between.

💫

And for those who don't have insurance or don't want to commit to membership, we offer transparent cash-pay pricing as well.

Your Membership Includes

Direct text access to your physician and care team: no phone tree, no callback queue
Phone calls answered by a real person, every time. Not a menu or a message you hope someone returns
Same-week visits, in person or telehealth
Services performed here, in our office, instead of referred out
Specialty referrals to physicians we know personally
Care and coordination your insurance plan doesn't cover

Because we handle so much on site, membership often offsets what you'd otherwise spend on specialty copays and outside visits, and gives you your time back on top of it.

What We Do

Care that stays connected

Preventive & Primary Care

Annual physicals, chronic condition management, labs, and the ongoing relationship that makes prevention actually work.

Obesity Medicine

Physician-led, evidence-based weight management from a team with specialized training, not a program you're handed on your way out.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Because optimized metabolic and hormonal health is part of preventing long-term disease, not separate from it.

Executive Physicals

A comprehensive executive physical built for demanding schedules: extended time with your physician, every test performed on-site in a single visit, and a personalized care plan you leave with. For a busy executive, the costliest problem is the one caught too late.

Same-week visits. Direct access to your care team. Coordination handled behind the scenes. Insurance still accepted.

Membership starts at $300 a year for convenience and access to our team.

Your visits, labs, and procedures bill to your plan exactly as they would anywhere else.
