We accept insurance. Your visits, labs, and procedures bill to your plan exactly as they would anywhere else.
Membership is separate: $300 a year, about $25 a month, and it isn't billed to insurance. It pays for what insurance never covers, and for keeping our panel small enough to actually deliver it.
That's the trade. A flat annual fee, instead of a system that bills for visits and disappears in between.

Yes. Our physicians have specialized training in obesity medicine and provide evidence-based medical weight management, including GLP-1 therapies such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, tailored to your metabolic health.
Do you provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Yes. We offer physician-managed hormone replacement therapy as part of preventive, whole-person care, because optimized hormonal health is central to preventing long-term disease.
