Meet the Staff
Sera Ramadan, D.O.
Sera Ramadan, D.O., is a board-certified internal medicine physician, where she practices with special interests in obesity medicine and women’s health at Los Angeles Primary Care, a boutique internal medicine clinic in the echo park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Dr. Ramadan is passionate about providing personalized health care that is catered to her patients’ specific needs. She listens to her patients and takes a holistic approach to medicine because she believes each individual is unique in their situation. She treats a diverse patient population ranging from active young adults to elderly individuals living with terminal illnesses.
Dr. Ramadan also practices preventative healthcare and provides proactive outpatient care. She encourages her patients to focus on disease prevention and believes there is a balance between prescribing medications when necessary and allowing the body to heal itself.
Her personal interests include nutrition, exercise, and health education. She is a big believer in “practice what you preach” and lives the lifestyle that she recommends for her patients.
Dr. Ramadan attended college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. She then earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before completing a residency at St. Mary-Harbor UCLA in Long Beach, California.
Dr. Ramadan is board certified by the American board of Internal Medicine and has a special interest in Obesity medicine and Women's Health.
Dr. Ramadan has privileges to care for and expedite hospital admissions if needed for her patients at Glendale Memorial Hospital.
Noel Almani, P.A.
Noel Almani is a certified physician assistant in which he practices special interest in obesity medicine, LGBTQIA + health, and internal medicine. Noel was born and raised in New York City and graduated in 2014 with a masters in Physician assistant studies.
He studied physician assistant studies at Daemen College in Buffalo, NY. He relocated to LA in 2018 for warmer weather and to be in a fun thriving city.
Noel is very passionate when it comes to patient care and wants his patients to feel welcomed and safe when discussing their health needs and concerns. He also is affiliated and works at Glendale Memorial Hospital as a hospitalist.
His hobbies include strength training, hiking, snowboarding, and laying out on the beach.
Fun Fact: He's a huge Taylor Swift fan.He is accepting new patients and is looking forward to establishing a healthy patient-provider relationship.
